Brer Rabbit and the Blackberry Bush

Brer Rabbit and Brer fox were enemies. One day, Brer Fox set a trap. Twang! went
the trap. Brer Rabbit wriggled... and wriggled... but he was stuck.

Brer Rabbit is very smart because he understands Brer Fox's personality. Brer Fox's personality was an honest animal. So Rabbit told a pack of lies on purpose. In the result, Rabbit could run away because Rabbit was born in the blackberry bush!! this story is very fun.

SAGA

August 14-21, I went home in Saga. First I went to watch the movie with my mother and my younger sister. We watched "Hurry Potter and half-blood prince". It's very fun. 

Second I went to Kitagata where my mother's home town. I met my cousins. We talked about school, working, love and so on. And we ate sushi. I love sushi so much. So I was very happy. 

Third I went to watch fireworks festival with my family. We watched a little, but it's very beautiful. Also I went to Saga city for meeting my best friend. My best friend is Maki. She is in Sendai now. So

Yamaga

I went to Yamaga for soumen nagashi with my circle members. Soumen is thin noodles for eating cold in summer. First we made a cup and a pair of chopsticks with a bamboo. Some staffs prepared spicery for eating soumen. Soumen is very delicious. We ate a lot of soumen and got full.
After that we went to a Takema ravine. Water was very beautiful and cold. And we ate kakigori. Kakigori is a summer refreshment consisting of a cup or bowl of flavored shaved ice. It's delicious. I want to go to there again.

Hinokuni Festival

August 7, I went to a Hinokuni festival with one of my friends. We watched fireworks. It's beautiful. But I wanted to go to a fireworks display in Tamana. so I 'm going to go to there next year. After that we went to eat dinner and talked about school, circle, part-time job, love and so on. I had a good time.

KOREA

August 3-5, I went to Korea with my student council members to international exchange. We went to Tedjion university. This university has fifty subjects. So it's very big. We have a Korean partner for each person. My partner is Hee Gyun. He is a man and twenty fourth. He is very kind person. And he can speak English a little the same as me. so we talked English. I coudn't go to America this summer because of flu. So I was very glad to study English. We stayed a Tedjion University dormitory. Our room was very beautiful. We went to a famous folk museum and a temple of a World Hetitage site. Korean mans are very kind and ladies first. At night my partner took me to eat dinner and see a night view. Korean night view was so wonderful. I was very happy. On our return, I was very sad. I think I want to go to Korea and meet them again.

Wedding Ceremony

August 1, I went home in Saga because I had to participate my friend's wedding ceremony. I went shopping with my mother to buy my party dress and bag and so on. Then August 2, I went to Gurande Hagakure for wedding ceremony. My friend were so beautiful. Her dresses were white and pink. It's very cute. And She asked me to speech of friends. So I thought in the past time and I made a speech. I cried as soon as I saw her eyes. Her eyes were shiny and she looked happy. I took a lot of pictures. I could take a picture with her. I was very happy.
