Restaurant Discussion

Speaking test of this semester is four restaurant discussion!
First restaurant is Mario Brother's Pizza and Pasta! This restaurant is a Italian food. We can eat some pizza and pasta like mam ma makes only $15. In addition Lunch buffet is only $10 from eleven o'clock to one o'clock!! It's very reasonable. So if you are very hungry, I think we should go to Mario Brother's! In addition it takes three minutes to go to this restaurant. It is very convenient! Let's go to Mario Brother's restaurant!
Second restaurant is Miyazu. This restaurant is Japanese food. We can eat Yakiniku, Sukiyaki, Sushi, Okonomiyaki and so on. So we can eat a lot of vegetables. This restaurant foods are very healthy foods! If you want to low calories foods, I recommend you to go to Miyazu soon! This restaurant is near downtown. There is three blocks from downtown streets. Moreover there are cheap parking with area receipt $4!
Third restaurant is Pico de Gallo. This restaurant is Mexican food. We can eat hand made torutiya chips, shrimp dishes, fried ice creams and so on. Also there are an international beer and wine selection. They are reasonable price! So if you want to drink beer and wine, you can drink some alcoholic drinks this restaurant! It takes twenty minutes for us to go to this restaurant outside of downtown. But there are a lot of parkings near by streets. We can receive best service in the America guide books. If you want to eat some mexican foods, let's go to Pico de Gallo!
Forth restaurant is Mandarin Palace. Mandarin Palace is Chinese food. This restaurant is little money usual, so it's a rich restaurant. We can eat a lot of Chinese foods. For example Syorompo Harumaki, Turkey and so on. Waiters of this restaurant weared Chinese costumes. They are so cute! In addition it takes ten minutes for us to go to Mandarin Palace by car from downtown. Moreover we can see a beautiful and natural view. If you want to eat Chinese rich foods, you should go to Mandalin Palace!

International Cocktail Party

My name is Mary. I'm from Vancouver in Canada. Vancouver will hold a winter Olympic at February in this year.So I want to go to watch some Olympic games with some of my friends. I got married about ten years ago.
My family is four people and funny! My husband and two sons and me. My husband is a police officer now. He is very kind and funny person! And Two sons are elementary school students. They play soccer, baseball and basketball. They love sports!
My occupation is a fashion designer. I make a lot of clothes now. I want to more study about fashion. So I will to go to France to study about various fashion with my family.
I like singing. I love karaoke. So I often go to karaoke with some of my friends and my family. But I don't like rain because if it's rain day, I can't go to company by my bicycle. Also I hate to be wet my body and bag.
In addition my hobby is playing my sons and shopping with my family. On the weekend, I go shopping or everywhere with my family. I had a great time everyday!

FUKUBU★

Yesterday I went to KGU to lend my dictionary and prints to a friends of mine by walk. And we met a lot of my friends. I was very glad. So I went to dinner with some of my friends, Kana, Sena, Yuika and me. We are a sub leader by own circle. We went to wonder city to take a print club. Wonder city is a game center. After we took a print club, we went to sushiro. But sushiro was very crowded. I had to wait about twenty minutes. So I went to sushi ichiba. We ate a lot of sushi. It's very delicious. Best of sushi yesterday was sakura natto. Sakura natto is a horseflesh and natto. I ate this sushi finally. It's very delicious. After dinner we went to Mt. Hanaoka. We could watch a beautiful night view at Mt. Hanaoka. We talked about love on the Mt. Hanaoka. I had a very good time. One of mi friends, Sena took me at my house. Thank you, Sena!

KANA

January twenty third, I went to KGU to take a test at two o'clock. When I finished my test, one of my friends, Kana called me to play at night. So we went to downtown by bus. First of all, we went to Festa to take a print club. And we wanted to talk about a lot of things. So we went to Tsukino Utage. Tsukino Utage is a bar. We ordered some drinks and foods. This bar's menus are all three hundreds yen! It's very cheap! Then we started to talk about friends, love, university, circle and so on. We continued to talk all the time. I talked to her a lot of things. I can tell anything to her. I trust her very much. We talked five hours. After bar, we went home by walk. On the way to go home, we talked a lot of things again! I had a very good time! I love Kana!!

Shopping

I went shopping with my circle's members at January sixteenth. Rio, Tomomi, Mikuno and me. First we went to PARCO. PARCO held a sale. So many clothes were very cheap. So I wanted to buy a lot of clothes. In specialty, I like PAGEBOY. Clothes of PAGEBOY are so cute!! But I don't buy any clothes at PAGEBOY because I don't have much money. So I want to go to PARCO at February. I am looking forward to go shopping at February! Then we went to Festa for taking a print club and Tomomi had to go to her part-time job. We said bye to tomomi, and we went to Mac. I ate a mac pork. It's very delicious. We talked about circle, university, friends, love and so on. After Mac, Rio had to go to her part-time job. So I said bye to Rio, we went to some drug stores. I wanted to buy something at drug store. I bought a shampoo, conditioner, facial cleansing foam, sponge for kojak and so on. After shopping, I held a Nabe Party with mikuno at my house. We watched a movie on TV. We talked about my circle and some tests. We had a great time. I want to go shopping again!

KANKO's New Year's Party

January fifteenth, I went to a New Year's Party of KANKO. We went to Jyuttoku-ya in the downtown. I went to this tavern for the first time. We ate a firepot of entrails. One of my friends, Kazuya is a person who dirests the cooking of the food in a pot on a table. We grank a lot of alcoholic drinks. One of my seniors woks at this tavern. He took a lot of dishes and alcoholic drinks. After that we went to print club at Festa. Festa is a game center. Then we went to karaoke. I love karaoke. So I was very glad. One of my friends works at karaoke-kan. So he took a lot of soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. I thought were so happy. When we went home, one of my juniors saw me off until my house by his car. I was very glad, so I sent a thanks mail for him when I arrived at my house. His nam,e is Ryota! He is a very kind person. I like him and I love KANKO. I want to go to eat dinner again!

New Year's Party of BUNKA

January fourteenth, I went to a supplementary lecture for a Listening class at four o'clock. After this supplementary, I went to downtown by bus with some of my friends and seniors. We went to a New Year's Party of BUNKA. First we went to So-ya. So-ya is a tavern. One of my seniors works at this tavern. We drank to our happy new year. We met to BUNKA members for the first time in a long time. So we talked about own life, love, friends and studying. After that we went to take a print club. Then we went to A-un for second drinking party. We drank a lot of alcoholic drinks. After that we went to karaoke. We had a funny time!! We promised to go to travel at Hiroshima for a spring vacation. I want to go to Hiroshima as soon as possible!

Sagakita Alumni Association

January ninth, I went to Saga city to join an alumni association. My father took me to hotel new-otani with one of my friends. And I made the arrangements for a class reunion. So I went to this hotel at ten o'clock with Naoka. I was very glad to meet alot of friends of mine in high school. Then I had to guide everyone with one of my friends. I hugged my lovely friends tightly. First of all, we took some group photographs. We gathered about two hundreds people for this alumni association. This alumni association was a buffet party. One of my teachers and students made a speech. We drunk a glass of beer for our celebration. I ate some dishes. It's very delicious. This hotel dishes tasted so good. And I took a lot of pictures with many friends of mine. I met my teachers for the first time in a long time. We talked about my university and everyday. After this party, we went to karaoke. We sang a lot of songs and we talked about university and took many photographs. I had a very great time! I love Saga Kita. So I want to meet everyone again!

Nabe Party

Yesterday I went to one of my seniors house. I went to her house at eight o'clock. So we held a Chanko-Nabe Party. We cut a some vegetables and meats. So we started a nabe party! I ate a lot of vegetables and mushrooms. It's very delicious. After party, we talked about university, part-time job, love and friens. We had a very good time. We promised to hold a party again! I am looking forward to go to a next party!!

A Coming-of-age Ceremony

A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
January 3rd, Iwent to a coming-of-age ceremony in Arita.Saga. I live in Kumamoto by myself. So I went home in Saga at December 26th.I was a member of promoting worker for an Arita coming-of-age ceremony. I had to play the piano for singing of the national anthem. A Japanese national anthem is kimigayo. So I practiced hard to play the piano for kimigayo. I have a piano at my house in Saga. So I could practice only a week. I was very uneasy to play a national anthem well.

January 3rd morning, I got up at seven o'clock. I went to a beauty salon. I had my hair set. A fitter dress me up for a coming-of-age ceremony. After that I went to my grandfather's house to show some relatives my appearance for a coming-of-age ceremony. They said "You are beautiful!" and "You looks good in kimono!". I was so happy. Then I went to take some pictures to remind us of the occation with my family. These photograph was very beautiful.
Then I went to a coming-of-age ceremony. I could play the pianofor a national anthem without mistake. After ceremony, I went around taking a lot of pictures with some friends of mine. I was very glad to meet many friends of mine for the first time in a long time. I took some pictures with my basketball friends. And six o'clock, I went to an alumni meeting near my house. Some dishes were so delicious. I drank some alcoholic cocktails. These tasted so good. After an alumni meeting, I went to one of my friend's house. We talked about university, working, studying, friends and love. I had a very good time. I want to go home in Saga soon!! And I promised to gather in Arita this summer and next year. Hello. Now I will tell you about my favorite animal. My favorite animal is a dog. I have a dog now. This dog is a beagle. His name is Leo. He is eight years old. He likes hot milk. When it was cold, I gave hot milk to him. He drank it joyfully. Also he likes to take a walk. When I was a high school student, I took a walk with him to the park near my house. We always ran until the park near my house. I live in Kumamoto by myself now. So I live separately from him. I was very sad. But he comes to me happily, when I will go home in holiday. I’m very happy when he comes to me. So my grandmother has always taken a walk with him. My grandmother likes dogs very much. Sometime she buys his refreshment break. Leo likes this one. He wags his tail when we give him some refreshment breaks and foods. I like him the charming figure. Also he likes swimming. When he takes a walk, he goes to the river. When he arrives at a river near my house, he looks very happy. So I want to go to the river for playing with Leo.
Leo came to my house when I was a junior high school student. My mother’s friend gave him to us. I wanted to have a dog before that time because I love dogs. So I was very glad when he came to my house. First he was very small and he was a young child’s short. So he was so cute! Now he attains his full growth. He is stronger than me now. But he is　sweet. For example, as soon as I go home from university, he greets me in front of the　entrance of my house. He barks at me for greeting every time. I think I love Leo again.　Last year I went to mountain near my house with him and my family. We marched in a　line with him. After a while time, he became missing. We called out “Leo!” several times.　But be was not in there. After a short time, he came to run with us. He likes to play in a　mountain. So he enjoyed playing in the mountain. In addition, when it was snowy, I took　a walk with him. He looked happy. He likes snow very much. Last year, I made a big　snowman by his house. I like to play with him and snow!　But he is sick now. He fights against cancer. He is not lively. I was very sad. I want to　play with him. I want to run with him. He doesn’t eat some dog foods. So I give him some breads and hot milk now. He likes hot milk, so he drinks it. I want him to get better his health　again as soon as possible. I believe he will recover his health!　Leo is sick now, but I love him! I love dogs!

Christmas Shikoku Trip

Last Christmas, I went to shikoku with some seniors and friends. In the night of December 22nd, two of my seniors called me "what do you say to traveling to shikoku at X'mas? Let's go!". I said "Yes! I want to go!". Next day one of my seniors picked me up to my house in his car. Then this trip's members are Keibow-san, Konchan, Mayachan, Satomi-san, Yusuke and me. We are a student council members. We leaved Kumamoto at 6 o'clock. We used a paying motorway. On the way to shikoku, we dropped in for a short visit to a service area at the near side of a Kanmon strait. We ate dinner in this area. I ate a bowl of rice topped with salmon roe, sea urchin and fugu. Fugu is fried. It's very delicious. After dinner we sailed over to Kanmon strait. We went to Yamaguchi, Hiroshima and Okayama. We sailed over to a Seto large bridge. We arrived at shikoku at 2 a.m. So we went to a health spa with public baths and other health-promoting and recreational facilities. As soon as we arrived, we took a bath in a hot spring. There were a lot of hot springs. For example, traditional Chinese herbal medicine bath, yuzu bath, white bath, pool bath and some saunas. Exceptionally, there was a salt sauna. I started to sweat almost as soon as I went into the salt sauna. Beads of perspiration broke out on my brow. I became to like salt sauna. After taking a hot spring, we gathered in front of big TV. We sat on the sofa. We drank beer a little. One of my seniors bought me a strawberries ice cream. It's very delicious. This health resort, we had to put on an aloha shirt. We laughed and took some pictures six people. And we had a sleep.

Next day we started at ten o'clock a.m. Our first objective for this trip is eating udon as many as possible. To begin with, we went to udon shop in Kagawa. Udon made in Kagawa is very long and delicious. We went to Yamada-ya for udon restaurant. Yamada-ya is a famous udon restaurant. This restaurant was broadcast on nationwide TV. Kamaage-udon is very delicious. Kamaage-udon is a dish in which freshly boiled udon is transferred right from the pot to a bowl containing hot water or light broth. A clerk recommended us to eat this udon. One of my seniors bought udon of Yamada-ya to take home. After that we went to a shrine. When I pulled out an omikuji it had "Daikichi" written on it. I was very glad. Then we went to Gold Tower. Gold Tower is a nice spot for us. We can see a beautiful view from the top of this tower. And we went to the park. We played with a swing and a launching platform. We met two elementary school students in Tokushima. The were so cute. Then we went to take a hot spring. This hot spring is famous for Tokushima. After hot spring, we went on a shopping expedition for tonight's party. We bought sushi, chickens, alcoholic drinks and side dishes. In addition Keibow-san said "Let's buy a Christmas cake!". So I went to buy a Christmas cake with him. I was very glad. We went to a cottage which Konchan reserved in advance. When we arrived at this cottage, we prepared for tonight's Christmas party. We drank to our happiness. Christmas dinner was very delicious. After dinner, we talked about own love. Everyone talked about past hopeless love. I thought it's good for me to go to shikoku with them.

Last day, we went to eat breakfast. We went to tataki-don. Tataki-don is Katsuo in which the outer surface is lightly grilled, leaving the inner flesh raw, usually served in slices with onion or other pungent herbs on the rice. Tataki is famous in Kochi. I like Katsuo very much, so it's very delicious. Then we went to a Kochi castle. We can see a nice view in Kochi from the top of castle. After that we went to Katsurahama beach. This beach is famous for walking by Ryoma Sakamoto. We took some pictures and we bought udon and Katsuo to take home. When we rode on our car, Keibow-san gave Christmas present to me! This Christmas present is a tee shirt printing Ryoma Sakamoto. I was very glad! After beach, we went to eat Christmas dinner in Ehime. On the way to restaurant for dinner, we can see a lot of beautiful Christmas lights. Keibow-san and Konchan treated us to a meal of Christmas! It tasted so good!

2009's Christmas is the happiest for twenty years my life. I thought I'm a lucky and happy person. I thank Keibow-san and Konchan from the bottom of my heart. Thank you!
