Foods of Kumamoto are very delicious. Best of Kumamoto is Basashi. Basashi is Sashimi of a horse. It's good with grated ginger.
My family like Basashi,too. When we went to Kumamoto past time, we bought it everytime. And we ate it at our home. I can eat a lot of basashi with rice. If I have to eat Basashi everyday, I can eat it everyday!!
